Directors' Resignation

Further to the announcement by Angus Newco Limited on 4 February 2008 that the Offer for Inspicio has been declared wholly unconditional, the Company announces that Keith Tozzi, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, and Lesley James, Chris Slack and Mark Watts, each a Non-Executive Director of the Company, have today resigned from the board with immediate effect.
