Inspicio acquire Enfer Group BSE and Food Testing Laboratories Inspicio, a global leader in industrial testing, inspection and conformity is continuing its successful buy and build strategy with the acquisition of the Irish BSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy) and Food Testing laboratories from the Enfer Group. The new acquisition will be combined with Inspicio’s existing business in Ireland AMS (Advanced Microservices Ltd) and headed by Billy Coleman, currently MD of the Inspicio Irish BSE testing business. It will form part of the Inspicio Food Division. Enfer will continue to operate its veterinary R&D and diagnostic kit manufacturing business in Naas, Co. Kildare. Mark Silver, CEO Inspicio, said: “The Enfer business has a great reputation in Ireland and is an important addition to the Inspicio Food Division. The combined group will have a strong position in Ireland as well as giving us the largest BSE laboratory in Europe. This puts us in a strong position to grow the business both organically and overseas.
